Don Huskey
Don Huskey graduated from Bauxite High School in 1978. Before his time at Bauxite, Don played YMCA football in Little Rock and later played 7th grade football at Sweet Home, then 8th & 9th grade at Fuller Jr High. He came to Bauxite in the late Fall of 1974. As a 9th grader and since the Jr. High season was over, Coach Jim Massarelli liked him enough to contribute on the Sr. High Football “B” games for the 3 games that remained that year.

Don lettered in football in his 10th, 11th and 12 grade years under Head Coach Danny James. Don played Nose Tackle on Defense where he received accolades for All District and was named All State in 1977. He has one daughter, Michelle, grandsons Shawn “Stone” Huskey & Timothy James “TJ” Orr, great grandson Bentley James Orand, sisters, Glenda Hollabaugh, Gloria Schember and Carla Wilson.
