Longtime Arkansas Tourism Director Joe David Rice will speak in Hot Springs Village and Benton on Tuesday, March 5th. He retired, but is now a freelance writer and author. He will talk about the quirks, characters and curiosities of the Natural State. See Mr. Rice speak at 2 p.m. at the Coronado Center at 150 Ponderosa Lane, in Hot Springs Village, then at 6 p.m. at the Bob Herzfeld Memorial Library at 1800 Smithers Drive in Benton.
