A winter storm warning remain in effect until noon for south central and southeast portions of the state. A wind chill advisory is also in effect for most of the state until noon.
Snowfall is expected to decrease in coverage and intensity during the morning hours, with all snowfall ending across the state by noon. An additional inch of snow accumulations are possible, mainly southeast of a line from Dumas, to Warren.
Very cold conditions will prevail across the state today. Wind chill values will range from 0 to 10 during the morning hours, and from 5 to 15 during the afternoon.
A decrease in cloud cover is expected by early afternoon. Any melting of ice and snow this afternoon, however, will quickly refreeze after sunset. Low temperatures overnight will range from near zero northwest, to near 10 south.
Most of the state will have below freezing temperatures during the day Wednesday.
