The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a freeze warning for from 11 p.m. Tuesday evening to 10 a.m. Wednesday. Expect sub-freezing temperatures as low as 18° in parts of the state. For Saline County, the low will be around 31. This warning is for portions of central, eastern, southeast, southwest and western Arkansas.
This will be the first freeze of the season for many locations. Tender plants will need to be protected or brought indoors. Bring your pets indoors tonight as well.
