Temperatures on Monday are expected to be a bit warmer than today, but still cooler than normal for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock.
Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread Tuesday and Wednesday. The forecast calls for 3-4 inches of rain from central into southwest Arkansas.
Expect 1-3 inch amounts across the rest of the state. Flash flooding and rising rivers are the main concerns.
