THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL 4 AM TUESDAY WHICH REPLACES A PORTION OF THE PREVIOUS TORNADO WATCH. THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING 16 COUNTIES:
