After a quiet Thursday, the National Weather Service in Little Rock says there is potential for another round of severe weather for much of Arkansas Friday afternoon and evening.
The primary concerns are for damaging winds and large hail, associated with a line of thunderstorms that is forecast to move from west to east across the state. An isolated tornado or two cannot be ruled out as well. Parts of southeast Arkansas could also see some localized flash flooding where rainfall amounts of one to two inches may fall on already saturated soils.
