The National Weather Service in Little Rock is predicting strong to severe storms and heavy rainfall Sunday afternoon and evening for much of the southeastern two-thirds of Arkansas (primarily east of a line from Mena, to Russellville, to Newport into the Missouri Bootheel).
The greatest threat could be wind gusts up to 60 MPH, heavy rainfall, a few tornadoes, hail up to one inch.
