This will continue into the night across Arkansas, especially across southeastern Arkansas. Before details on that, let’s look at Tuesday, with high temps near 70 – warm for January. It will be sunny as well. The low will be in the mid-50s.
A few strong to severe storms ⛈️will be possible with damaging ?️ winds, hail, and a few brief ?️ tornadoes. Additionally, up to 1.5 and 2 inches or more of rain is expected over east and southeast Arkansas on Wednesday.
Much of this area has seen significant amounts of rain within the last couple of weeks, and isolated flash flooding will be possible Wednesday afternoon and evening. Expect an increase in water levels on area rivers and streams.
