The National Weather Service in Little Rock says Precipitation has moved out of the state, for the most part, with only light and isolated flurries remaining through the rest of the evening. No additional measurable precipitation is expected tonight.
Bitter and hazardous cold temperatures will continue through at least Wednesday morning. Temperatures on Wednesday and Thursday will moderate towards normal values. ANOTHER shot of Arctic air looks to move into the region later this week and through the weekend.

Travel impacts (including hazardous road conditions) will continue to be possible where snow and sleet remains, including major throughways, bridges/overpasses, and rural roads.
Bitterly cold temperatures, much below climatological averages, are expected to continue through at least Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning. Minimum temperatures below zero to the single digits will continue over much of the state, with daily high temperatures will likely not rise above freezing again until Wednesday afternoon (at the earliest) for most areas of the state.
Morning minimum wind chill values will remain below zero degrees over a large portion of Arkansas, and persist at hazardous levels through at least Wednesday morning due to abundant Arctic air and breezy conditions.
A brief reprieve from well-below-normal temperatures is expected Wednesday and Thursday, before another shot of Arctic air moves into the region later this week, bringing more below-normal temps through this coming weekend.
