Click image to enlarge.Snowfall is expected across much of Arkansas tonight, according to a recent statement from the National Weather Service in Little Rock,, with heaviest snowfall expected across the southeastern half of the state. Two to four inches of snow is possible along and southeast of I-30 and I-40…with most of the snowfall coming late tonight through early Tuesday morning. There will likely be a sharp cutoff of accumulating snowfall to the northwest of this line. So there will likely be a sharp cutoff of where impacts start and end tonight. Unfortunately, some of the most heavily populated areas in Arkansas are located along this zone where snowfall impacts will vary greatly. Stay tuned for the latest winter weather forecast updates.
