You can now go online to schedule the written or skills portion of the Arkansas driver’s license exam, according to a statement from Arkansas State Police (ASP). The online scheduler will also be available to commercial driver license applicants who are ready to take the written or skills test.
The ASP’s goal is eliminate long lines of test applicants and make it easier on parents. The testing operations frequently has limited staff or and some days there isn’t enough time to accommodate everyone.

2. SET AN APPOINTMENT
Test takers are required to Be Punctual and appear 15 minutes prior to appointment. Do not schedule more than one person for the same appointment – only one will be tested. All locations are closed from Noon to 1PM for lunch.
If you select the Motorcycle or Immigration schedule and you do not see a location, please return to the Non-Commercial Knowledge Schedule for an appointment. All failed NCL knowledge exams must wait five (5) days before rescheduling. Do not count the failed exam date as day one (1), start with the day after and do not return on the 5th day. If you are testing for a motorcycle endorsement (knowledge or skills) you are NOT allowed to drive the motorcycle or motor-driven cycle to the testing center.

Test applicants who come in without an appointment will still be accommodated as the schedule and personnel availability may permit.
