Construction to widen Interstate 30 to six lanes in Saline County requires closing the I-30 eastbound exit ramp to Highway 67. This will happen from 9 p.m. Thursday, February 8 through 5 a.m. Friday, February 9 in Benton.
More closure info below ??
Weather permitting, crews will close the I-30 eastbound exit ramp to Highway 67 (Exit 114) for barrier wall work along the ramp. This is going toward Little Rock.
I-30 eastbound traffic will be unable to use the Highway 67 exit ramp (Exit 114) during this closure and will need to follow the signed detours. The detour is mapped in the image below.
• East on I-30 to Exit 116 (Sevier and South streets)
• North on South Street Bridge
• West on I-30 to Exit 114 (Highway 67 South)
Traffic will be controlled with message boards, construction barrels, barricades, and signage. The public is advised to be cautious when traveling in the work zone and watch for slower traffic speeds. Areas adjacent to the Interstate may experience noise impacts during nighttime hours.
This project (Job CA0601) is part of ARDOT’s Connecting Arkansas Program and includes widening 5.5 miles of Interstate 30 to three lanes in each direction, from the interchange with U.S. Highway 70 (Exit 111) to Sevier Street in Benton (Exit 116). The project also includes improvements at the Highway 67 interchange (Exit 114). More information on this $187.3 million project is available at ConnectingArkansasProgram.com.
