Several people have asked me what the construction is at the corner of Reynolds Road and Dogwood Place Lane. Here’s a map below:
And the answer is that it will be a new facility for Arkansas Early Learning. AEL operates the Head Start and Early Head Start program which is funded by the US Department of Health & Human Services / Administration for Children and Families / Office of Head Start.
