Tim Holicer, Superintendent of Glen Rose Schools issued a statement Thursday morning regarding the unfortunate passing of a high school student.
“The Glen Rose School District has suffered the loss of a student last night. We offer our sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of our student.”
Holicer said that the school district has counselors and ministers helping students. He also asks that the public would respect the privacy of the family. The school district will not be releasing further statements about this loss.”
The Glen Rose School District serves portions of Saline and Hot Spring Counties.
