The local networking group, Ladies Out Lunching – LOL for short – is having their next meeting on Wednesday, June 15th. The meeting starts at noon at La Hacienda in Benton.
“The group includes time for socializing and finding out more about each other,” said Shelli Poole, one of the organizers, “We also ask women to bring a small giveaway if they want to stand up and introduce themselves and their business to attendees. There’s also an opportunity to give back to the community.”
For each meeting, LOL will feature a charity. Attendees can donate items or funds, but it’s not required. This meeting’s donations will benefit The Humane Society of Saline County. Requested donations include paper towels, trash bags (30 & 39 gallon size), and puppy & kitten food or replacement milk.
