Bryant Boys & Girls Clubs was recently honored with a Gold Level League of EAGLES Award, a high honor bestowed by Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This marks the fourth year the Club has earned this prestigious award-and was the first Club in the State to receive it. In fact, only 15% or less of the 1100 members organizations throughout the United States received this honor and even fewer are multiple time honorees.
“In Bryant, we are fortunate to have strong leadership through our mission minded board of directors and passionate administrative team members,” said Board Chair, Phillip Partain. “This recognition from the Boys & Girls Club of America emphasizes that we have caring and dedicated leaders positively impacting our Club members and their families every day.”
The Bryant Club received the coveted “League of EAGLES” Gold Award for achieving a high set of standards- 95% or more- for the board of directors and overall impact for the Clubs it serves.
“This award is a testament to our strong organization’s structure. We are proud to be serving the Bryant and surrounding community and the families who need us most. We plan to continue playing an integral role in our community by providing young people with caring mentors and life changing programs in a safe and fun environment,” said Suzanne Passmore, Chief Executive Officer of the organization.
The Bryant Boys and Girls Clubs impact members at the Bishop Park and the Davis Elementary School sites each day. They provide high-quality afterschool and summer programming for young people year round.
