Mexican Restaurant Moving Into Empty Property in Shannon Hills

There’s a new restaurant coming to a Shannon Hills property. Some people still call the property “Pizza Hut,” although it hasn’t been Pizza Hut for many years. Feel free to comment and tell me exactly how many years, since I do not know.

The restaurant is going to be called Ameka’s Café and you can expect Mexican cuisine. Owner Gary Zamora hopes to open for business around July 15th.
