• #800-12710-000 [1600 Dixie St; Conditional Use] Owner wants to run a daycare/after school care at the Ralph Bunche Community Center – PASSED
• 510 Highway 5 [Conditional Use] – a request for a marijuana dispensary to move into the property where Lost Pizza Co. is currently located. – WITHDRAWN – Side note, the restaurant intends to stay where it is, since the building didn’t sell.
