The City of Benton Planning Commission met on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 with several agenda items, including a request to locate a marijuana dispensary at 510 Arkansas Highway 5 North. See the updates in ORANGE letters.

• 510 Highway 5 [Conditional Use] – a request for a marijuana dispensary to move into the property where Lost Pizza Co. is currently located. – WITHDRAWN – Side note, the restaurant intends to stay where it is, since the building didn’t sell.
