After multiple tips came in on messaging apps, two Arkansas men face several charges related to sexual materials with a child.

Multiple tips came in, launching an investigation on Lewis Edward Northcutt, 27, of Texarkana, and Christopher Lee Patton, 47, of Hensley. The tips were submitted to the accounts for National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) on the different messaging apps by Google, Kik and Snapchat.
On Thursday, October 24, 2024, at around 6:55 a.m., Officers executed a search warrant in the 2100 block of Pinson Drive in Texarkana, Arkansas. The agencies were Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and the Texarkana Police Department in Arkansas.
Northcutt was arrested for 30 counts of Possession of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child (CSAM). He was transported and booked into the Miller County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond. According to his public profile on LinkedIn, Northcutt had been working in the cleaning business as a laborer.
Then on Friday, October 25, 2024, ICAC and the Saline County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest and search warrant for Patton. The tip was related to activity on a social media platform.
Agents arrested Patton for five counts of possession of CSAM. He was transported to the Saline County Detention Center, where he is awaiting his first appearance. According to his public profile on LinkedIn, he is “retired as the Assistant Fire Marshal for the North Little Rock Fire Department, after 25 years with NLRFD.”
