James Insurance Company was voted as Saline County’s Favorite Insurance Agency for 2024. With insurance as a necessity and multiple agencies in the town, this award meant a lot to the family-owned business.
As a 4th generation company started in 1973, James Insurance is about as family-owned as you can get. With three of the four generations currently working within the business, you can definitely tell their love for the job. Jerry, Wes, and Jared are keeping the family business alive and working hard to keep the community happy and choosing them.
When you walk into James Insurance Company, you are met with welcoming smiles, inviting personalities, and the comfort of a family-oriented team. The staff at James Insurance have a combined 200+ years of experience which is truly incredible! While talking with all the staff, it was easy to see that they love their job and they are passionate about helping the community. We even got a sneak peek of some fun hats and decor in one of the offices! Jerry, Wes, Jared, Tracy, Rhonda, Steve, Cindy, Diane, and Gail do a great job making you feel warm and welcomed.
When it comes to a business like insurance, the competition is stiff and there are many agencies to choose from, especially larger franchises. Watching a family-owned and operated business take home the medal is always a joy to see. While talking with Wes about the award, we found it easy to see that being chosen meant a lot to him. Wes told MySaline, “We feel very honored and very humbled by people thinking that we do a good job. We want to be here, and we want to continue to help the community, so getting that feedback is extremely humbling for us.”
