MySaline shines a spotlight on Shelby Duke, voted Favorite Realtor in 2024 Saline County Favorites

MySaline’s Saline County Favorites Survey announced all the 2024 winners and now we would like to shine a spotlight on some of them!

Next up is Shelby Duke!

Shelby Duke was voted Saline County’s Favorite real estate agent for 2024! With her passion for the real estate industry and her love for the community, we can definitely see why the community chose her. Shelby started her career in real estate in 2020 and has quickly climbed the ladder to an executive broker. Growing up around sales and real estate, Shelby knew at a young age that this was her dream. When she met her mentor, Denise, she quickly turned that dream into reality!

When speaking with Shelby, we asked what her response was to winning the survey, and she stated that she was in complete shock. “When I found out the news, I ran down the hallway crying. The entire firm was so excited that I won. I felt like I made my sons proud by winning, which is my #1 goal.” Hearing the excitement in her voice was truly something special. Shelby continued to speak about how much she loves her job, her clients, and the company that she works for. 

 

With a focus on Central Arkansas, Shelby spends a lot of time in Saline and Garland County selling homes, property, and even some commercial real estate. With a passion for the market itself, helping people find their dream home is something that she loves. With a love for people from all walks of life, the ability to connect with clients, and the want to help people, Shelby truly excels in what she does.

While real estate is her passion, Shelby said she works hard to set an example for her 3 young sons. Being a single parent is hard, fortunately real estate allows her to be present and provide. Along with gratitude for her family, Shelby gave a huge shoutout to her mentor, Denise, for guiding her and helping her get to where she is. She also spoke incredibly highly of Old South Realty, where she is an agent. Shelby exudes gratitude for those around her and truly has a drive for success.
