Saline County just announced the upcoming launch of a totally new website. It’s designed not just as a government website, but as a one-stop shop for all things Saline County. This innovative platform will serve as a hub for residents, businesses, and visitors, providing easy access to county services, community resources and a wealth of information about life in Saline County.
This new website combines four separate county websites into a single unified platform, and offers streamlined access to all county information.
More than just a traditional government website, the new site offers:
- Work, Live, and Play Opportunities: Explore everything Saline County has to offer, from job openings to recreational activities and events.
- Community Resources: Access information on Saline County school districts, local cities, parks & recreation opportunities, and connections to local chambers of commerce.
- User-Friendly Design: Simplified navigation with a clean, responsive layout for seamless access across all devices.
- Increased Transparency: Budgets, audits, financial reports, and all agendas for the Quorum Court as well as various county boards & commissions are hosted on easily accessible pages.
Saline County Judge Matt Brumley emphasized the community focus of the new site, stating, “This isn’t just another government website-it’s the front door to our entire community. We’ve brought together resources and information not only about county services, but about all the things that make Saline County a great place to live, work, and play. Whether you’re looking for government services, community events, or educational opportunities, this site will be your go-to resource. By uniting all this information in one place, we’re making it easier than ever for our residents to connect with their community and access the resources they need.”
Trevor Villines, Communications Director for Saline County, added, “We are thrilled to launch a website that truly serves our community’s needs. Our goal was to create a platform that is not only informative but also user-centric, ensuring that everyone can easily access the services and information they need. This new website represents our commitment to transparency, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
The new website is set to go live the week of August 26th. Residents are encouraged to explore the site and provide feedback to help us further refine and enhance this valuable resource to our community.
