An 85-year-old man suffered injuries after being run over with a vehicle, according to the Benton Police Department.

Benton Police officers responded to the area of Highway 5 North and Kenwood (near Circle K and Exxon stations) just after midnight Friday/Saturday, following reports of an aggravated robbery with one injured victim. Officers discovered an 85-year-old male subject on scene who had been run over by a vehicle. He was transported for treatment and is in stable condition.

Following initial investigation, Brittany Johnson, age 32, of Hot Springs, was arrested for Aggravated Robbery, Theft of Property- Class B Felony; Terroristic Threatening- Class D Felony; Attempted Capital Murder- Class Y Felony; Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate Certain Crimes- Class B Felony; and two counts of Criminal Mischief- Class D and Class C Felonies, respectively.
