Water off for Customers on These Benton Streets
According to Benton Utilities, customers in the area of S East St, Edison, and First St will be without water for approx 2 hours (until around 130pm) on Wednesday. Emergency repairs are being made where a contractor hit a line.
Kids can build a coaster Wednesday at the Bryant Library
The Bryant location of the Saline County Library will host an event for kids to make a marble coaster. This workshop is Wednesday, July 19th from 1-2pm. It’s intended for kids ages 8-12.

These Benton Apartments will be without water today
According to Benton Utilities, Customers in the apartments at 1700 Deerfield will be without water Wednesday while a 2″ meter and service line is being replaced. The estimated time of the outage will begin around 9-10 am and is expected to be off for approx 4-5 hours.
